William is a wonderful trainer. Our standard poodle puppy was reactive on leash and with visitors to the house, but we learned techniques from William in both group lessons and private sessions that helped immensely. She makes friends with our visitors quickly now and walks calmly in congested settings without pulling. William's completely positive approach made training fun and built Inkki's confidence.
